American Seafood ships thousands of pounds of fresh fish daily from
its 28,000 sq. ft, climate controlled facility in Memphis.
We work diligently with inspectors to ensure our shipping, storage and
receiving procedures are such that our customers receive only top
quality products. American Seafood has our operations regularly
inspected and certified by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration as well
as the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and local health
departments. At American Seafood, we scrub down three times daily to
ensure impeccable sanitation conditions.
